Scott and team came out and reviewed our situation and commenced application just one week ago. In addition to taking a genuine interest, the initial impact of application is amazing. The attached photo shows a shrub that was dark burgundy before applications. One week after, there is great growth reflected in the green extensions. Scott also took the time to come out a second time to help me determine resodding issues so I can get it right. I couldn’t ask for much more Nearly two years later I am still impressed with the personal attention and interest in our property. Highly recommended. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some of the major service contribution that our Lawn Doctor technician has provide to us. Lawn Doctor has been our lawn service provider for over nine years servicing our property in Palm Beach Gardens. We always have received notification, usually the week before scheduled services. Our service technician has always been polite, knowledgeable and professional in. providing service to us. We are notified with an estimated time of arrival and or lawn has never looked better. We are extremely thankful to have Lawn Doctor providing this service to us which has always been a reasonable cost to us. We have used Lawn Doctor for a few years now and are very happy with them. They keep our lawn looking great! We had another company before them and we were just throwing our money away. We noticed a house a couple blocks away that had a beautiful lawn and we asked the owner who they used and that is how we found out about Lawn Doctor. I would recommend them. No contracts either, just good service! Just wanted to add a new update. We still have maintained our service with Lawn Doctor and they do not disappoint. This week we sent a text about an area concerning for a possible fungus starting in our lawn. The next morning, Scott arrived to inspect and treat the area. I’ve been using lawn Doctor for just about a year now. I am very thankful for their fantastic and knowledgeable service. Each time I have had an issue with pests and such , Eddie in particular , comes by the house right away to discuss the problem and how to handle it . He has a great understanding of the different types of lawn , trees , shrubs etc and is able to explain what needs or does not need to be done in order to keep my landscape thriving . All around, they been a great experience and I was originally reluctant to go that distance. The citrablue I put in the back is absolutely blemish free and my ancient strangler fig that required special attention is still standing and thriving . I had my first service done today with Lawn Doctor of Wellington Lake Worth. My technican was Eddie Espinoza and to say that he was AMAZING is an understatement. He was beyond incredible. He took the time to explain the service he provided to my lawn in detail. He was super friendly kind honest and went over and above to make sure I understood the service and was very satistfied!! From Lawn Doctor Pennsylvania to Lawn Doctor Wellington (Scott) is the same or better service. I've had service in PA for about 10years and intend to have the same here with Scott. I am writing this review to express my experience in particular with my technician Adam who in my view missed his call as being a teacher. Adam took his time to educate me about my lawn and that's in addition to what Scott had already done. Thank you to both!!!! I began using Lawn Doctor approximately six months ago. My lawn was a mess weeds everywhere dead grass spots. I’ve been using the products from Home Depot for many years, including the Scott’s brand barrow, etc. etc. none of them worked so I contacted Lawn Doctor slightly skeptical about what they could do for my lawn, but in the past six months, I have seen my lawn go from ugly brown mess to a beautiful green lush lawn. Jose has been the Lawn Doctor specialist that came to treat my yard over the last six months and has done a fantastic job. The owner, Pete, provides the fair and honest estimate. The technicians -- Rick in my case -- are extremely polite, knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. After trying to get my lawn serviced properly with 2 other companies I have finally found what I was looking for with the Lawn Doctor. From the very beginning from Scott evaluating my lawn and to Adam the service technician, the professionalism and knowledge of what they do is unmatched. Such a pleasant experience. I called lawn doctor this morning and left a message with the answering service not even an hour later Pete the owner gave me a call back and came over this afternoon to take a look at our yard. He was such a nice guy, he took his time to explain everything I needed to know about the lawn. His prices were fair and I trusted his knowledge. I shopped around and Lawn Doctor had a price that was best for me. I spoke with Scott, then Eddie and within a few minutes on the phone and I was set up with a yearly treatment plan. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Also, I requested they come out earlier than planned, to have a long overdue weed treatment, and it was no problem. Within a day of my phone call Adam came to spray the lawn. Adam was also very knowledgeable and professional as well. Have been using Lawn Doctor for a about three years now. I have used many other services in the past. But these guys are the best out there. Pete always calls the day before the service is to be done. Always asks if we have any concerns, with our lawn. So Jared can address it while he is here. The few times I have had a concern, Pete makes it a point to have someone come out and address. As long as they keep doing what they do. They will have my lawn to take care of. Rick from Lawn Doctor came out yesterday for our late winter lawn maintenance, and he did an outstanding job taking care of everything. He applied a potassium and micros fertilizer to boost root health during this cooler time of year, targeted broadleaf weeds with herbicide and accelerator, put down preemergent to keep crabgrass and other weeds from popping up, and even treated for surface insects like ants, fleas, and ticks. The lawn already looks really solid for early February, and Rick left a detailed note explaining what was done and giving great advice: watering deeply once a week (20 minutes per zone) to help prevent brown patch fungus and reduce earthworm issues. He also mentioned that any turf weeds should start dying off in 7–10 days, which is reassuring. Rick was professional, thorough, and clearly knows his stuff—he even took the time to make sure we understood the recommendations. Our yard is in great hands with Lawn Doctor. I've been using Lawn Doctor for a few years now for quarterly fertilization and weed control, and the difference in my lawn has been night and day. My HOA technically provides these services, but their provider doesn’t offer the same level of care or personalized attention that Lawn Doctor does. Lawn Doctor is great! My lawn looks fantastic. I used another company before and wasn’t happy with the results, but then I found Lawn Doctor. I sent an email through their website asking for more details, and Scott called me right away. We talked, he came to my house the next day, checked everything out, told me what he recommended, and off we went. My lawn looks great now, but that’s not the only reason I like Scott and his team. They actually listen. They pay attention to what I need, address my concerns, and explain what’s happening and what to expect. That kind of communication leads to a very happy customer. Whenever I see something unusual, I contact Scott and he tells me whether everything is fine or if it needs attention. I even called him once about something *strange* growing in my yard turns out, to my embarrassment, it was just lawn seed pods! They are professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Adam went out of his way to say hi when I happened to be walking out the door, which sounds small but it doesn’t happen much and I appreciated that! He offered to help with any questions and/or concerns we had with our grass or landscaping. I mentioned one of our hedges of clusia not looking so great and he checked it our and sent a detailed text message.
